Hello,
Since childhood, I have dealt with aching, sore, painful feet. Feet that would ache and get sore after standing very long and many times even without standing. Feet that would be so sore as to make falling asleep difficult and would ache in the morning like I had been standing all night. As a child, when I would tag along with my mom while she shopped, I would always look for places in stores to sit down to rest my aching feet. When I was growing up, my family went to church every Sunday. I remember thinking that there was no way I would be able to grow up to be a pastor because my feet would hurt too much to stand for an hour.

The pain in my feet continued as I got older. When I first got into chiropractic practice I had serious thoughts about not being able to continue because my feet were so sore. It made standing during the day while treating patients very difficult. I even went to work wearing the most comfortable, cushioned jogging shoes in an effort to not have so much discomfort, but the pain continued. I got lots of chiropractic treatment over the first 10 years of my career that didn’t help. As a matter of fact, it sometimes made it worse.

Fortunately, after many years I found the solution. It was chiropractic care, but not just the usual type of chiropractic care. As it turns out, I had a type of neuropathy caused by adverse mechanical spinal cord tension. My type of spinal problem would put tension on my nervous system and create the aching in my feet. When I got a specific type of chiropractic that released the tension on my spinal cord, I felt immediate relief. I was able to do fun things with my daughters like attending the Twins games that
would have been much more painful before this treatment. It was amazing! Now, to this day, that is the type of chiropractic I provide my patients and continue to get myself. If I don’t, the pain in my feet will return quickly.

This is why I have a passion for helping people suffering with pain, including peripheral neuropathy or plantar fasciitis pain. To do so, I have invested in special therapy devices for treating neuropathy and plantar fasciitis caused by prediabetes, diabetes, circulation problems or inflammation that leads to numbness and pain in the feet. I also have taken additional training to get my master’s degree in nutrition and become certified in acupuncture. It is so much fun to help people suffering with neuropathy, plantar fasciitis and other pains. People that haven’t found relief anywhere else!

This brings me to a special invitation:
Over the last 30 years I have helped thousands of people suffering with all kinds of pains – including neuropathy and plantar fasciitis – using safe, non-surgical methods. I am a provider for nearly all insurance companies, so call 507-388-7744 for an appointment. Don’t let your neuropathy continue to get worse!

Yours in health,
Dr. Craig Hartman, DC, MS, C.Ac.
